Questionnaire during production

Below is an example of our questionnaire before it was handed out to several individuals. We ensured that the questions weren't too personal, as this can discourage people. If we approach anyone we will ensure we politely address ourselves and brief information on the project we are conducting for A level media. We will take any constructive critics and use this to further adapt our movie in order to suit an audiences needs. We wont take any negative comments personally, as we are aware our short movie may not suit everyone, being independent and of a niche issue not everyone may take interest in.
